Accepted Insurance
Our Physicians and Surgery Center strive to participate in many different insurance plans so that we can best accommodate our patients. Unfortunately, the intricacies of each individual’s policy and common changes that insurance companies enact, it is not always possible for us to know if we accept your insurance. We kindly ask that you verify your eligibility and benefit coverage with your individual insurance carrier before your scheduled appointment at Center for Advanced Eye Care. We do not participate with any HMO plans. While ultimately it is your responsibility to know what your coverage is, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your coverage.
